Music Makes You Move

Music is among the most effective motivators... whether it's working out, just working or just having fun... having the right music can determine how much we love the activities we're engaged in.

Music can help to get you in"the "zone", makes you feel motivated to move and it can boost your mood.

What is the reason we love music? Each generation has a different answer. However, regardless of the answer, both generations can acknowledge that it has an impact on their well-being. This can be achieved through a variety of manners... including emotions, and recalling.

Perhaps you've had a rough day, and you're laying in your sofa with your headphones on playing the new release from your favourite artist or working out.

Music can provide a respite from fatigue and pain to the point that you do not mind that stitch in your side! It can elevate your mood and boost the endurance. Music that is upbeat will inspire you to do more, making the time spent working out seem like it flew by.

There's nothing like listening to the theme song from Rocky (Gonna fly now) or AC/DC's You Shaked Me All Night Long or Survivor's Eye of the Tiger to get the adrenaline pumping!

When you're doing yoga or studying, how about a more tranquil playlist music like Yellow by Coldplay, and Stir it Up Bob Marley?

Do you like having a night of dancing to the latest tunes from Taylor Swift FastMoney RK or Justin Bieber What a wonderful way to hang out with friends as well as meet new people and work out! Dancing may also help increase your balance.

Some say that listening to soft music could make people feel more relaxed while eating, causing them to be more mindful of what they are eating as well as the amount they eat.

Some people will listen to music during work to help focus on the tasks at hand, (or to simply block out the man who is in the next cubicle who is constantly on the phone!) they say that they are more productive and are able to generate more ideas when listening to music because it boosts their mood. There are those that feel listening to music or wearing earbuds throughout the day is considered rude, and that people did not perform their duties.

Whatever you are listening at or wherever you're, there are many options available in how you enjoy music. From Bluetooth speakers (also ideal for backyard barbecue! ) To Bluetooth earbuds that you can use in conjunction with your sports armband to your Smartphone while you walk or run as you enjoy the great outdoors.
